Default lq4 rebuild questions

so i bought a lq4 out of a 01 denali about a year ago, with 109k miles,
i have since had new cam bearings installed as well as a fresh hone.
money isnt like it was when i started this project. so trying to save everywhere i can
i found piston rings for $75 http://shop.enginekits.com/osb/itemdetails.cfm?ID=1746
new main bearings for $90 http://www.texas-speed.com/p-83-clev...aring-set.aspx
new rod bearings for $3.50ea http://www.texas-speed.com/p-82-clev...r-bearing.aspx
my questions are,
are those the correct rings and bearings for a standard bore 01 lq4?
if not could you show me a link where i can find the right ones??

plan is stock rebuilt bottom end lq4, with ms3 cam ported 241 heads, full exhaust, ls6 intake, atleast a 100 shot (more likly a 150) and ported throttle body
also, roughly what kind of numbers would i be looking at through a m6?
would a ls7 clutch hold up to the power?
and would a stock t56 trans hold the power without shattering?
i heard the ls style t56's are much stronger than the lt1 t56's.
is that true?

sorry for all questions lol.
thanks in advance!!

I would also get the rings from TSP and tell them you plan on spraying it. I wouldn't run stock hastings rings in a motor I was going to spray. Spend a little more and get better rings or don't spray the motor.

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SLP-E-458K/
these are moly rings.
and a little cheaper...
ive seen somewhere that 3mm oil ring thickness is needed.
those are 4mm
will they work just the same??
