It's a k20 on nitrous. It doesn't spray til 3rd. There is also another one running around with a Rotrex supercharger.

SRZ and I went out one night and raced my Fit Sport vs my ex's newer style Insight (2010?). Both bone stock.
It was an epic battle with no clear winner as all runs were extremely close. :lol: A classic example of a good power curve (from the torque of the electric motor) being more important than a higher peak hp. They weigh about the same as they sat with us in them and the Fit's rated 117 hp to the Insight's double-digit 98 (with electric motor included), but the Fit only makes 106 peak torque while the Insight makes 123 with electric motor as low as 1,000 RPM.

Or spend $1100 on a '97 Saturn SC1 and get 43mpg AVERAGE, and look better doing it. That's what I did. Haha Surprised the Hell out of me when I calculated mileage for the first time.

Not necessarily a waste of cash as they probably did it with the intended purpose to be one hell of a sleeper - but anybody outside of that mindset who actually desires a somewhat decent looking car they wouldn't be embarrassed to pick up their girlfriend with - well, the Insight loses that battle all day everyday
