I'm thinking its a pretty even trade and the distance is an issue also, I've got over 45k in mine including the purchase of the car in 08, I'm the only owner. I'd love to have another vet and yours appears to be in great condition. I was wanting an 08 with the ls3, but might consider an 06 since yours has some tasteful mods. I like the silver, its nice and clean.
