Dyno Guesses & Bench Racing Forum - 224/230 Comp now.. Going to Patriot stage 2 243's on 59cc..

Currently running a cam only car (Comp cams 224/230 .581 on a 114) with all basic bolt ons except I still have the factory ls1 intake. I just bought a set of Patriot stage 2 243's milled to 59cc. Since I don't have a dyno within 200 miles of me, I was curious as to what you guys think the car is doing now and what the difference will be when I add the heads and an ls6 intake this fall?? Alot of people that I have spoke with says that the heads/cam combo will match each other really well, I'm hoping it will be a pretty hot street machine that is capable of breaking the 7.5 mark in the 1/8th. Car is also running a Yank SS4000..

My best so far is 7.54 in my car which is heavier, smaller stall, and less aerodynamic. Heads are also only mildly ported.

I suspect you go 7.2-7.3 easily if it's set up halfway worth a damn.

What size headgasket are you running??

Stock thickness FelPros. Heads are shaved .010"
