cammednasty

so i my 94 z was having some valve float and i thought it was the springs but it wasnt. they were not stock and i had bought the same ones that were in there. anyways i think the problem is that the exhaust valves sit lower than the intake valves. my guess is the guy who put it together put 2 different kinds of valves in it. but im not sure if that is stock in lt1 heads and if i need spacers. thank you for your help.
