Default Will these rockers work?
I also forgot to mention this, but I have a set of Harland Sharp 3/8" stud mount 1.6 roller rockers laying around that come off my old sbc. Will they fit on my LT1 car?

They will fit but you may have to run an aftermarket valve cover.

What valve covers could I run. I've heard to use Canton, but they are a bit high in cost. IMO

Default Rockers
If those Harland Sharp rockers are non-self-aligning, you'll need to consider some pushrod guide plates as well.
