I was wondering if I bought a set of newer 98-02 stock camaro wheels and wanted to put them on a 93-97 camaro how much dremeling i would have to do in the back I want to make sure they will infact fit with just dremeling the center where the hub goes in the wheel thanks.

We always used a regular old file to make them fit.

Would it make the center caps fit weird?

No since they don't clip to that part of the will. They clip to the area around the lug nuts and spokes.
