got a stupid question but cant find out anywhere by searching...

what makes ur lt1 car a ltx??

"LTX" is a generalization that encompasses all things LT1 and LT4.

No, pretty much an LT1 LT4 and most would probably even lump in the L99 from the mid 90s Caprice too since it is the same engine platform.

Has nothing to do with modification level.

we just want to be cool like the LS guys basicly what 96capi said the lsx is because there are so many ls's out there..we basicly have two maybe three(L99) so they started the LTX...

well ya see the difference between and LT1 and and LTX is the 1 and the X.......LOL

idk i usually refer to anything thats not stock cubes as an LTX
