Default rattling noise

driving my 2000 camaro ss tonight, started hearing a rattling noise at the same time oil pressure gauge dancing between 60-80. limped it home and parked it noise sounded like it was coming from the top end passenger side. any help please need it.
MY POSSIBLE IDEAS:
1) clogged push rod
2) bad rocker
3) bad lifter
4) oil pump on it's way out

The best bet it to take the valve cover off and visually check, if nothing seems wrong then it can be a bad lifter or the oil pump it's not supplying enough oil. Not sure Though.

Check your rocker bolts, and if they are all tight see if you have any excessive play in any of them....could be loose bolt, rocker spitting out its bearings, bent pushrod...hard to tell
