418 build-stock ls3 top end vs LS1 upgraded parts?

418 build-stock ls3 top end vs LS1 upgraded parts?
Still working on this, as my limited budget is getting in the way of what I'd like to do, so...
With a ls3 based 418 build, I am wondering what I give up using my existing prc cnc'd 241 heads that flow .280 @.550 along with the LS6 intake and TB compared to using stock LS3 heads, intake and TB? Cam will be somewhat a middle of the road grind, but not an all out race app. And I have 3.73 gears in the 10bolt m6 02 camaro.
Because I use the car mostly for RR and some DD I am more interested in a nice tq curve rather then top end hp and am wondering how throttle response would be with the 2 different top ends? The short block will be put together in the next couple of days so I am down to the wire if I am going to find some LS3 parts.
What is the trade off in HP? TQ? Throttle response? Thx.
