Carbureted LSX forum - having problems

well got the mustang going,,, had a miss or flutter at when hit of gas,, so i changes plugs and wires,, and had a broken coil,,,, well it fixed it low end,,,, now still missing about 3500 to 4000,, u can here it pop thur the headers it still open headers so cant really tell what side its on,,, got new plug gaped at 45,,, any ideas guys,,,, oh forgot i changed all the coils that was on another motorand still doing it

and the timing is 20Deg till 1000. then 35deg up to 6000.

Did you change the rev limiter too?

no,,,, did not know u had one with the programs,,,, i think it could be plugs,, they look sutty,, and if u hold it to about 2000 it pops thu the headers every couple seconds,,,,,, give me how to change rev limeter..

also do i need the pink wire and blue wire hooked up,,,,for the rev limiter,,,, i did not hook the extension up yet

well just seems that my battery was real low and i charged it up real good and seems to be alot better,,, i hope it is now fixed,,, now time for some runs i hope,,

rev limiter is set to 5500 as delivered my MSD, you need to connect to a laptop and re set it where you want it
