1 - no, don't put injectors in (at least don't start it with new ones) without a tune. Put it on the trailer first and install them there or do it at the tuner. Without the injector tables corrected, it will run very rich and you risk washing the rings (at the very least you will foul the plugs and kill them).
2 - the stock MAF is fine for your setup.
3 - I wouldn't bother myself unless you are looking for every last HP...
4 - If you have any known problems, make sure they are fixed... otherwise, just general things like fresh oil, fresh plugs and make sure you have plenty of gas in it (you wouldn't believe how many people take their car to get tuned with an 1/8 tank of gas)...

Issue...no. Will it hold you back on power...most likely.

3 i am running stock ls6 intake and stock tb is it worth upgrading tb
The tb no, maybe a quick porting/polishing. Though the intake is very much worth upgrading, especially on a H/C car.

A stock MAF will not hold back a stock cube heads and cam car...

You can't upgrade from an LS6 intake without replacing the TB as well... Question is, is it worth the expense of an intake/TB for the amount of power increase you will see - IMO, for a stock cube heads/cam street car, I would not spend that kind of money unless you have it to burn... but, that is just my 2 cents.

my car has the ls6 intake already. i was thinking of doing a fast 92 intake and tb. zo6 maf and ftp lid. do you guys think this is woth it for my car. or should i just do a 80mm ported tb on the ls6 intake.

You're really the only one that can answer that... depends on how much you can get the parts for... depends on what you use the car for...

The way I look at it is like this - if it is going to cost you an extra $1000 to pick up 20 rwhp more - for a street car, is it really worth it? Do you think you can really feel the difference between 420 rwhp and 440 rwhp on the street? I think not... But, only you know your wallet and your goals, so only you can decide if it is worth it...

Maybe that depends on other factors such as intake? I had vacuum at WOT until I went to a bigger 85mm maf with a larger mesh screen than stock and a larger filter.

Those upgrades reduced WOT from 3-4+ kPa to 1 or less.

I was talking about with an LS6 intake and TB... I tested it a couple of times on heads/cam stock cube cars - going from a stock MAF (with the tune optimized) to an 85mm MAF (with the tune optimized again) gained nothing...

Yes, when you upgrade the intake/TB, you will benifit from the 85mm MAF - but that goes back to my cost vs. gains opinion...

Thanks, not trying to argue just posting my results, kinda thought the intake might have had something to do with it.

The MAF alone didn't show much in the way of gains. It was only after removing the GM screen for one with a larger mesh and replacing my filter with one double the size that I had good results.

No problem I would bet money that the filter is where your gains came from.

Random Misfire - yes, that is common. O2 - depends on which code.

It should be tuned in open loop, so no, it won't effect it - if it comes back in after the car is tuned, you should replace that sensor...

Anyone ever had this problem with the 02 codes. What are the possible causes.

yes you can run the bigger injectors long enough to load a car on the trailer just do drive it long i would not change the mass air with a stock tb but if you every go to a fast set up then yes change it or go sd tune

Bullshit!! With 42# injectors, it will be running 45% rich on top of that it will be commanding rich on an OL cold start... at the very least, you will foul the plugs - worst case you wash the rings and gas the oil (won't be too happy on the dyno if you gas the oil)! Bad advice...
