As you can see I am posting my 02 Z28 FS or FT. This is just a feeler, I havent decided for sure if i want to part with it or not. I love this car and it has been great to me, but I am starting college in about a week and it might be time for something new. This is my 2nd F-body and I know if I part ways with this one I will end up wanting another which hence this post being a feeler. This car does have the b4c package. It was bought new in 2002 by the Sarasota Police Department and was theirs until i bought it.
Recently after they purchased it they painted it a dark grey metallic color and it is a very thorough paint job. The only part that is still the original color (arctic white) is on the strut mounts in the engine bay. Even the door code sticker was removed and then replaced after the car was painted.
I only have one picture to post because I recently switched phones, but I will post more when I get a chance. Because of this car being owned by the Police department, it has service records dating back to when the car was bought new along with a clean carfax. The car has dark grey cloth interior and power windows, locks, driver seat, and hatch. The car also has Cold A/C (i live in and it is a must) and the car has traction control.
Now on to the mods: I installed an SLP smooth bellow along with An SLP lid and K&N filter, a hooker aero chamber catback (the cats have been removed), and TCI 3k plus stall (i drive my car everyday and it does very well on the street).
The car has chrome 17x9(9.5?) and 17x11 real vette Zr1 wheels not replicas, with brand new (~900 miles on them front and rear)275 nitto 555's and 315 nitto 555r's in the rear.
When the car was lid and cat back only it went 13.2 at 106 with a 2.2 60' on crappy 235 street tires. With the stall, cats removed, and drag radials i am willing to bet that it would be in the 12's. I forgot to mention that the car has new ngk tr55 iridiums, new delco plug wires, 2 new Delco front o2's, a new Fuel pressure regulator (thanks to Lonnie's performance), and a new fuel filter. All of this was done within the last 1000 miles. The air pump was also deleted and blocked off and the rear seats were removed.
ok i am finished writing my essay lol. I am also open to any trade offers. I may be able to put some cash on top.
thanks for looking!
