Well putting the sprocket part # in google states that its for a 2007 5.3 motor so I would assume the cam is for the same

I didn't know the five threes went to single bolt cam's in '07?
The 2005 L33 5.3 uses a 3 bolt cam, although with the early LS2 style pickup on the solid cam gear, the cam sensor is out back like the LS1/6
