Ghost in the machine? First, this forum, has been a life saver for me so far, I have the mechanical skills, but the intrinsic knowledge was wanting. Now, I have an LT1 Firebird Trans Am, 1996 yr model, can I use an ECM from a 97? The numbers dont match, but they supposedly have the same engine. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
