damn gtr killed from a dig mods list. , from a roll the the zl1 stopped the pull but could not gain any ground. would have been very interesting from a 60 roll. Also why does the awd gtr have very different size wheel and tire combos on on the back? Wont that really put alot of stress on the x-case and trans. I know my evo drive train would go boom from doing something like that.

Mods on my GTR are full exhaust, intakes, injectors, fuel pumps, E85, and tune.

Most all gtr owners run DR on the rears only cause of the tourqe split transfer case. It's actually 100% power to the rear wheels on the launch then transfer the power little by little to the front. I must have over 100 launches with that set up (knock on wood) and all is well so far.

5th gens with IRS that pull 1.5 second 60' times are rarer then Hondas that pull that time. ALOT rarer. Matter of fact, Jeremy I'm betting you probably know personally most of the 5th gen camaro's that pull sub 1.5 60' times don't you? That's why I was gonna rip on someone claiming there nitrous only 5th gen was a "dig monster" with just tires.

b/c 90% of camaro owners run on DRs at track, not on slicks.

With slicks and suspension these cars will 60' very impressive.

I'm thinking from a 60 roll, the Camaro would get out a car or so and the GTR would creep past it around 120 mph. Can't forget the aerodynamics. That's a hefty brick wall at high speeds.

If a two power adder 5th gen can't beat a stock turbo gtr that's sad and I'm glad I never bought one.

Riding a sport bike like that is definitely not for everyone. My GTO is down right now so I'm back to riding my 14 to work and missing my goat! Stupid GForce1320 carbon fiber driveshaft is 1" too short so gotta wait for a new one to be made and shipped to me.... damned aftermarket stuff never fitting right...

Truth is I want a 300hp bike and a 1000hp car. It's cheaper to make the car faster at this point. :)

You dont need 2 power adders to go fast in a zl1, just sayin. Check out camaro5's forum and see what number they're pulling.

Description was a little misleading. GTR had full bolt ons and tune, vid just says stock turbos and tune. And I doubt that ZL1 was on the bottle getting raped like that. But that's me

I used to spray 225 on the old motor. Going to be spraying 3-400 on this one very soon.

For the record the GT-R in the video did 10.0 @ 137 in the 1/4. On the street PDV's car is a pretty hard car to match with the same power.

I didn't know 585 and 700ish are the same power...

That GTR moves out hard, ive seen it run in person. If that car gets the hit on you and gets out on you it is VERY hard to regain what was lost. I think this GTR trapped high 130s IIRC. Nice kill man.

That zl1 should be trapping high 130s too.

You need to try "talking" with your wallet. A $20 will go a long way for a little extra track prep.
A $100 and they will start the track on fire for you. At least at Union Grove... lol.
