Looking for injectors for a 2000 camaro with 408 ls3 top end. looking for something not crazy expensive and around the 42-46 lb per hour.

uummm... I Think you are doing this backasswards.. you kind of need to give us a horsepower level that you think the motor will make. if you already know this and are asking for a vendor to supply 42~46 lb/hr then call FIC and ask for a quote.
also there is racetronix, lonnies, and nastyN8
an NA motor.. 408 will make 500hp, 42# would be fine.
a Forced induction 408 will make gobs of power depending on the setup... we need to know more information. and you will have to investigate fuel pumps also...
