your car is squating way too much, you want anti-squat, not squat on launching. My guess is that your LCAs are on a downward angle from back to front, where it should be about a 2 degree upward angle from back to front. A set of LCA relocation brackets could help your problem. Look at 96LT1M6's car as it is launching, the rear tires are sitting square in the wheel well, not tucked up in it. That is how it should look.

The 8 setting is stiffer both on compression and rebound. Get some lca relocation brackets on, set the shocks to 8 in the back and 0 on the front. That will allow the car to plant the rear tires and let the front rise to aide in that. If you have and adj tq arm, you can play with pinion angle as well. As pointed out, the body is squating too much in the rear. On a well set up car it will look as though the rear suspension doesn't move much if all. You can also ditch the front sway bar to aide in letting the front move a bit more. Hope this helps some.

what rear springs do you have?
turn those shocks up a bit as stated.
the hose mod is where you remove the thick isolator from the top of the coil spring and replace it with 5/8'' heater hose... it generally gives 3/4'' drop in the rear.
when a car squats it becomes a huge waste of energy.. As MADMAN says only females SQUAT race cars launch.....
