Midwestern Members - Anyone on here own the red z28 I seen burning down near the Tanger Oulets?

Heading home from up north I seen a 95ish Z28 with flames pouring from under the hood, was going to stop but the pro were showing up. Just wonder if the owner was on here? And what went wrong? A sad day for the Z.
