Yes, you should change the timing chain. Chances are it has stretched over time. There are lots of options but I am running a LS2 timing chain. Which should do you fine.

Here are two Texas Speed H/C kits with gaskets and bolts.

Deluxe: http://www.texas-speed.com/p-194-deluxe-heads-camshaft-bolt-gasket-kit.aspx

Basic: http://www.texas-speed.com/p-173-basic-heads-camshaft-bolt-gasket-kit.aspx

Can't really tell from your post if you already have your heads or not but Vengeance Racing, Texas Speed, Advanced Induction as well as just about any other sponsor on here can put you together a Head/Cam/Push-rod combination since you already have your valve springs.

you will need harden push rods.go with a 3500+rpm stall.who will tune it ?you will need a balancer install tool ,and a tool for proper head bolt torque.

Yeah, the LS2 chain will be fine for you.

Take the PCM out and take it to him and have him load you a "get me to the dyno" tune.

My tuner does not suggest me putting them on until I get there so he can do a base tune on them. Otherwise you might cause some serious problems.

Good luck with the build.

PRC heads, A.I (mast) and AFR are among the best heads on the market these days. TFS too.

Why couldn't you just load the injector tables with the new values?

He's going to need a start up tune to get to the tuner anyways.

Also with my yank stall do you have a part number or suggest a good tranny cooler?

Get a valve spring tool, I hate the kind they have at the auto parts stores.
