best head gaskets?

wondering what head gaskets are they best for higher mileage cars,i just got a set of GM head gaskets for free today and ,a tranny filter,cant beat that,just wondering if theres anything better

Gm MLS gaskets are fine with use with just about any moderate mod setup. Cometics are great but not really necessary. Put it this way, I have friends spraying the **** out of their motors and boosting 16 psi using GM MLS. You'll be fine.
