They are not offset, but I am sure you could get the correct offset bushings from Wolfe

Right now I want to sell the rack, a-arms and crossmember as a kit. I do not have any rear brakes.

i would be interested in the rack and a arms but the k member will not work with my setup. so if any one wants just the kmember i will take the rest.
