Default Retune?

Ok, I should've waited in a tune but seeing its my daily driver I just couldn't. I done a mild build a few months ago and got it tuned. The tune is great and I have no complaints. But, I found a good deal on a 102 FAST Intake a bbk 90mm throttle body. Will I need a retune after these? I'm running both stock ls1 intake and tb

Cam, headers, slp lid, exhaust, and a little head work. I'm hoping to put down 390-400 to the wheels.
