I'm having a issue with my regulator.

Everytime I rev the motor passed 4k rpm or so the boost reference nipple on the regulator spills a little bit of fuel. It's not a lot but it does seep out under load.
It does not leak while normal driving.
My fuel pressure is solid at 62psi and does not drop.

The regulator is a SUMMIT boost referenced regulator.
What can be causing this?

Most likely the diaphragm is bad in the regulator.

are you boosted and it stays at 62psi?

that would suck, as its a new regulator

yes it does

yes it does

It should rise 1lb per 1lb of boost. something doesn't sound right.

Obviously I can't see if it leaks under WOT while driving.
This is if you rev it while parked.

It should not leak at all...ever.......time to return it.

Edit: It also sounds as if you don't even have the reference port hooked up....as you're able to see a leak out of the reference port. As has been said previously, fuel pressure should rise 1lb per lb of manifold pressure increase.

i dont have the reference port connected because im currently not going WOT.
and i know if i hook up the port it will rise 1lb per psi.

never should be fuel on the air side.
