Are they still in business? I have left a few messages and never heard back..

Can anyone recommend a place that does the badge inlays they made or the eye lids?

I contacted them at the beginning of July about overlays. I was told 2-4 weeks to make them. After I paid I could no longer get a hold of them. I was hoping to have them before Woodward this weekend.

I think that tells me what I need to know... Good luck with your order.

I used them. Everything eventually came but it took forever. Like 8 weeks.

No doubt. I hate people that can't run a business.

Funny, I just got an email, my order is shipping today. Should have it by Fri. Still, over a month to make a couple stickers. YRMV. Kinda sucks about the unpredictability and long wait, they make a few other things I wouldn't mind buying.

got my eyelid order in less than a week but that was in april.

I had a good experience with them. Actually putting another order in soon...

So much for getting my stuff today so I could put it on for tomorrow. Just received tracking, not shipped out Wed as promised. Oh well....

I just looked at their site & love some of their stuff. Unfortunately after reading all this I am quite hesitant to order.

If you like there stuff i would order it, I have been happy with what they sent me. They are really the only company making stuff, and worst case is you wait a little while for it, but decals seem like a non priority type product, sure you want to enjoy what you spent your money on, but if they come in in a week or two it is not a big deal.

My assumption is that this is their side business where they really cannot live off it, think of it more as a service to us that makes them a little money on the side.

I just placed my 2nd order with them. Not worried about it at all. They'll come eventually.

I just got my overlays Monday. Took about two weeks. No big deal. I would order again.

Yeah... Waiting is the only downfall. Everything I ordered came.

Two weeks? I ordered mine 5 weeks ago and still waiting for them to show up.

A guy called midnightrun on cadiforums does some nice overlays that are a bit diferent then 8th day creations, better and cover a larger area.

kl2onik any chance he changed his name that id doesnt exist on the cadiforums

I put in a little order to see how long it takes... I usally don't deal with companies that don't have excellent customer service. But I will gamble with 8th day. I understand it is a side gig, doubt you can make a living off of selling this stuff. But returning a call isnt that hard imo.. I will update this thread on what kind of experience I end up having.

Ordered some things from Eighth Day on the 23rd of August. Wouldn't be worried, but when I go back and look at there site, it says I don't have any transactions with them for this month and I can't find last month's. Sent them an E-mail asking for conformation of the order, and also asked for a shipping date with no reply. I understand it's a side business and all, I was just trying to make sure everything was right on my end since I can see the transaction on my pay pal account. Anybody ordered anything from them recently? How long has the more resent transactions took?

I placed an order saturday... and received 2 email confirmations yesterday. Thats about it, I'm going wait a couple days before I try contacting them.

they finally arrived today! took 3 wks with no responses but I'm def happy with the decals
