Default Lq4 compression test results....question

Just picked up a junk yard lq4 for a swap. Said to have 100k on it. Did a compression test on a stand... Oil in the engine, cold tho.... I am getting about 180-190 except one cylinder is reading 130.....

Should I worry? Run a leak down test (need to buy the tool).

Take it back?

I do not plan to rebuild it. But I do plan to add a cam, springs, new pushrods, and valve seals.

Any advise would be great.
Thanks

Did a leak down and I am getting 60% loss on that one cylinder. Can't really feel much coming from the intake/exhaust port so I am assuming it is the rings. Hard to feel air coming out with the balance covers off...

I would take that head off and see what it looks like. If they have another one that they can exchange for you then that might be the easier path

They have another they are going to bring in. Said it ran for 20 minutes and oil looks clean. The engine that is going back looks like the oil was changed 3 times in 100k miles. It is really black oil. Also on the passenger side 4 of the valve springs and retainers were new... And these were not on the cylinder with low compression.
