Hey everyone,

I am about to do a head and cam swap on my 01. I didn’t want to touch the exhaust I love the way my Corsa cat back sounds. But MANY people are telling me I should do headers with a head and cam swap. So my question to anyone who can help what is most quiet performance exhaust setup you have herd on a C5? Who makes the quietest long tube/ shorty and X-pipe I could just bolt up to my Corsa?

Thanks in advance

I started with BBK shorties, factory 4 cat headpipe, then Corsa X and axle
back. This setup was just a tad louder than the manifolds but I also cammed
it at the same time. I recently switched to XS power long tubes with 3" cats
and X pipe. It's now louder however the Corsa still tones it down at cruising
speeds and barks when you make it.

I would try to find some C5 Z06 Stock Ti Mufflers w/ headers and high flow cats will be quiet w/ good flow.
