Contact Bob at Brute Speed. At one time, his previous shop (EPP) had a source for custom pulleys.

Do you have the intercooled kit with the 3.12 pulley on it now?

I'm pretty sure ASP can make you a custom pulley. I have a 2.62" or 2.65" on mine and 2.5" is the smallest i've heard of being used.

I have the Vortech pulley 2A038-295 on mine and had to machine 0.326" off the back in a lathe to make it work. I got those measurements from the engineer at Vortech. Its worked perfect and added roughly 2lbs more boost from the 3.12 stocker that came with my kit.

Yes, 2A038-295 is the Vortech part # and I bought mine off ebay. It is an 8 rib pulley and 2.95 is the diameter. Im assuming all Vortech kits had the 8 rib setup but not sure. You will want a slightly smaller belt than the stocker, maybe 1/2 in or so. If not, when you stab it both sides of the belt will barely touch from streching and the belt tensioner forcing them together. I have used Gates belts for 30k miles on this setup with no problems.

I have a 2.5" vortech pulley that is carbinite coated. I have about $200 in it. I would sell it for $100 shipped. Its a little rough but can be repainted and look like new.

Do you have anything else for sale?

do you find it better to run the intercooler set that you have on the camaro in the picture other than the cooler kit that comes with the vortech kit.....

Why not post a picture of your pulley with some dimensions, and they people can see exactly what you need, or need done.

If you just need an off the shelf pulley adjusted in a lathe, it should be a very easy task

But ASP as suggested can make any pulley you'd ever need. ( Auto Specialties Performance ) https://www.autospecialties.com/

Or try contact ECS or A&A Corvette, I'm sure they will know pretty much anything there is to know.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I don't do any custom head unit pulleys. To the op, I've pulled several more psi out of ProChargers by going to a larger air filter, you might try doing that if you haven't. I wouldn't spin the blower any faster than you are until you first know what the impeller speed rating is, and find out what rpm you are currently at. Bob

Any Vortech pulley will work. All you need to do is mill .370"off the back of the pulley and you will be set.

If you go below 2.95" I usually reposition the tensioner. Also the G Trim impeller doesn't like to be over spun. I have seen countless impeller fractures.

0.326 or 0.370 as Mike has stated?

With a 2.5 pulley the impeller speed would be 66,240, 1000 rpm over the G Trims max impeller speed. This is shifting at 6000 rpm.

I wouldnt worry about how many pounds the pulley is making as boost is a measurement of restriction. Say you install long tubes on your car and notice the car is only making 5psi, down from 6psi. Even though the boost has decreased, the horse power has increased due to less restriction. Impeller speed is important to pay attention to.

I have a couple other pulleys but thats about it unless you want to buy the whole setup.

I dont know about all the custom pullies you guys are referring to but the Vortech pullies are about $70 or so and cutting them down is cheap. I turned 0.326 off mine in a lathe and the same belt has been on my car for 20,000 miles. I'd say that works pretty well...
