my turn signals are very slow, my right one does not blink anymore. It just stays on. What can cause this?

if it only doesn't blink on one side check for a burn out bulb on that side that can cause it not to blink

Sometimes the flasher will do that. Blinks on one side and not the other.

bad battery, hows your voltage ?

voltage is fine. I just found out one of my break light is out so ill change that.

Always check your bulbs and sockets first. If you're still having issues try this.
There are two flasher units under the kick panel. One is for the hazards and one for the turn indicators. Do all the lights flash correctly with the hazards on? If so, drop the kick panel and swap the hazard and indicator flashers. They're identical part #s. If your blinkers start working correctly again order a new flasher.
