Hey guys, looking for some guidance. I'm looking to upgrade my factory monsoon system with something more potent. As of right now, i have a 100 dollar kenwood headunit with the features i want. Next im going to buy a stealth box with a single ten. Needs to be a dvc thatll handle 300rms. Already have an amp picked out for that. Hears where things get complicated. I want components in the front, was thinking some kenwoods? No idea on those. I also want to do some cheap speakers in the rear for fill, as i dont buy into the whole "sound stage" idea. Please help with front/rear speakers, plus an amp! thanks!

for a nice sub check out the new 2012 alpine type s. sws-10d4 500rms. i picked 1 up as a temp sub for myself that i will end up putting in my wife's car and im very pleased with it. swapped it out for my w3v3 that died after 2 years and put it in the jl ho box i had the w3 in. sounds just as good and cost me less than half of a w3 replacement.

Check out Kee Audio. Ian is very helpful and will be able to help you out with your choice of equipment and he is a factory dealer for several companies. Can't say enough good things about him and his knowledge!

a Sundown Audio E or SD series sub is perfect for a stealth 10" they are high quality made in USA subs and play a wide range of music, For budget components id go with some Alpine Type S or Polk Audio db series. for simplicity id go with the Soundstream Picasso series 5 channel amp.. it has a 4 channel for the doors plus a mono for the sub and is pretty good quality especially for the price... throw in some type s 6.5's in the sails and youll be set...

I like kicker cvrs, reliable and hit. If you plan on upgrading look at RE but they would be to much for your amp

Alpine usually makes some good bang-for-buck components. Also, I've had nothing but great experiences with JBL amps, and they are priced very well too
