New LS1 Owners - Newbie Tech - 3 Questions about Intake..

1) Does having a intake look too tacky on a LS1 Camaro?

2) Any recommendations for a a specific intake you think I should consider? and why?

3) Does the size of the filter give more HP? (eg. does a 4" filter give more than a 3" filter?)

These cars don't have intakes they have lids and they all use the same size filters. Different brands make lids but there all the same.

are you referring to a carbed type intake ?I believe elderbrock sells a good carb intake with ignition set up .if it is pretty much stock engine go with a dual plane intake ,and do not over size the carb.

How could it? It would be impossibile to drive the car without an intake. ;)
