General Maintenance & Repairs - Front lights don't blink when turning. Also no daytime running lights?

The front lights don't blink when I show a turn. Also don't blink when the hazard button is pressed. The rear light are fine.

Also when the car is running the lights aren't on. Aren't the always supposed to be on when the car is running?

This is on my 2000 trans am.

Have you checked the bulbs and checked if they're burnt out? Chances are they're either burnt out or the connection on the socket is corroded.

New bulbs. Sockets not corroded. The we're changed by previous owner but not factory.
