I've found a SUV that I would really like to get, so I am ready to move on if somebody makes the right offer!!

For Sale
2001 corvette c5
5.7 liter ls1
6 speed
167k miles
black interior
black exterior

I bought the car about 6 months ago and this was my first corvette. I absolutely love this car,..I hate to do this, and I really don't have to but I'm looking to move into an SUV or a Truck that I can use for my business. It's been my daily driver since the day I bought it and has never skipped a beat. I purchased it off craigslist for 11,000 and have since put at least another 7-8k in it. I've done all the work to it as I am a certified mechanic and run my own shop. I will be more than happy to put it on the lift and let you look it over. It has a current emissions sticker and has no problem passing.

Engine Modifications
Kooks stainless steel long tube headers
kooks x pipe
z06 titanium catback
msd wires
ngk t55 plugs
Futral chromoly pushrods
Street tuned with HP Tuners
Dual cone cold air intake
hypertech 160 degree thermostat
!air pump
!converters

Drivetrain Modifications
Hurst billet shifter
Built t56 with billet synchronizer keys, bronze fork pads, steel 3-4 shift fork and all new synchronizers/blocker rings and all new bearings/lock rings
ls6 clutch
tick performance speed bleeder

Recently Replaced
New drivers window regulator
New passenger window regulator
New steering angle sensor
Rebuilt ebcm
2 new gates drive belts
New radiator, also replaced the upper and lower hoses
New fans
All fluids flushed and replaced with synthetic fluids
new oil sending unit

Appearance
lowered one inch on stock bolts
17x9.5 and 18x10.5 machine face zo6 with the inner parts of the spokes powder coated black. They also have new tpms sensors

This car runs magnificent, shifts flawlessly at any rpm, rides great and handles exceptionally. The engine runs great with no funny noises at any rpm, holds 30+ psi of oil pressure hot and 60+ at wot.. Whenever I pulled the valve covers for the headers and pushrods. The inside of the head looked really really clean, as good as a most 40-50k mile motors look. The a/c blows ice cold, cd player works well, power seats work as well as all the driver information buttons. Car has keyless entry that works perfectly. The car has been tracked once since I purchased it and was before the built trans and the z06 cat back was installed.. It ran 12.75@115.85 with a 2.2 60' I have no doubt with good traction and the more modifications it would bottom 12's @ 116+ The car is not perfect, the body has a few scratches here and there, the back bumper has a spot of spider webbing, the rockers under the door have chip marks like any driven c5, also the drivers seat is showing wear. It has a few nick knacks that I still would like to take care of and possible will before sale. It needs a decent set of floor mats, and the headliner part in the targa-top has fallen. I have a good interior buddy, so if its a deal breaker I can have it done. I was asking 17,000, but have since dropped it to 15,000 obo being a bit more reasonable with other cars I've seen on the market. I can negotiate on the price some, I would also consider trades for a 07+ Tahoe or Yukon Denali with 4wd or an awd Trailblazer SS. It will not break my heart if this car doesn't sell because I really enjoy driving/owning this car.

I've found a SUV that I would really like to get, so I am ready to move on if somebody makes the right offer!!

Thanks,
Craig

To bad you wouldn't accept a trade + cash for my TransAm. Looking to either get out of the sports car scene all together or move up into a vette. Nice car. And your relatively close to me.

Sent you all the info. Man I'd be sad to see my car traded though. Lol. It sounds so mean.
