Default Fully built 440ls2 Ws6 help

hello,
been a while since loging in. have been busy building a home and put off the wifes car build for almost a year. She and I, are ready to get it off the lift and abuse some tarmack . the car is a 2000 ws6. New paint, wheels and interior. Virgina speed 440ci Ls2 (725hp/650tq).
Viper spec T-56(was auto)
MWC 9" with wav trac(389s)
bla bla. you get the just of it. our little street dream.

the problem is after taking a lengthy break from putting together I cant get it to start. or turn over withour rednecking it.

I installed a painless injection harness and thats when this happened. the engine ran with the stock harness.

While i could put a stock harness back on, i cannot justify 40hrs of time installing it and $800 cash to just toss it.

heres the thing. there are two wires (both pink) one says "fuse block ignition" and the other i cant remember, but they are in the same group anout 3ft in length. i cant get the engine light on or pcm power with just 12v to the "fuse block ignition" (pink) wire but if i twist both (pink) wires together not only does my efi live tuner power up but the engine cranks at the same time. when i do this the fuel never comes on (vats?) which is fine, but the engine constantly cranks.

i need help figuring out how to get this harness to.work with keyed ignition. has anyone installed one of these pain in the *** harnesses in their fbody? ;p) ill post pictures shortly.

Fully built 440ls2 Ws6 help-img_20120821_193013.jpg white wire off DLC I believe is for the Tachometer

Fully built 440ls2 Ws6 help-img_20120821_192555.jpg not sure what this is but its a connector under the dash by center console. one of the only in car connectors I cannot find a home to. The car used to be automatic transmission, but I converted over to 6spd so maybe was for that IDK.

anny help is appreciated my downfall is DC wiring and this car is a nightmare with it, I had the car running on the stock harness and am kicking myself for putting the updated harness in it, it has not been painless, but I feel im getting close. any help will be appreciated and when it runs Ill see if I can get a video of the wheels off the ground at the track

also wondering if anyone knows if the 3 big C connectors need to be used as it seems the painless harness takes care of most functions these (c100 ect) did with the stocker.

The last pic is for the factory a4 shifter. It has wiring for the park neutral safety switch, reverse lights and rear hatch popper. The wires for the park/neutral switch have to hooked together for the car to start.

thanks for the info. ill try that. went through all the wiring under the hood and made seure connections were tight and everything is grounded. gotta hook racetronix pump wire to ALT. still no power to pcm no matter how i hook up the provided 12v feeds off the painles harness. its gotta be something.simple. im just not a car electrical guy. and this project was full of it. with the build 96.5% done id like it to run tonight or tmrw, however patience is part of quality outcomes.
