Default My 5.3 twin turbo parts list, plz comment

I had an unfortunate accident with my 6.0 that has caused me to re-think my whole build. My end goal has been turbo all along so I am ditching the 6.0 and getting a somewhat low mileage 5.3 to start the turbo build. I don't have parts yet but I am deploying soon so I will have a little extra money and I figured no better time to start than now.
The list:
2- Precision 6076E .63a/r
2- 38mm Ultragates
Raceport BOV
Truck manifolds
Intercooler(meth if needed)
New fuel system -8 throughout A1000 pump and 20gal fuel cell
Built 4l80e or th400
9" with 3.2x gears
Not sure what injector size
I want to keep the boost under 12psi in order to prolong the life of the motor as long as possible
Stock Intake, TB, short block w/head studs, LS9 head gaskets
TU1 or ls6 or ls9 cam
Torn on the head selection so I would like a little help there. I have some 241s
All of this in an 85 short bed C10
I know can't have fast, cheap and reliable so I want fast, reliable but not too expensive. When all is said and done I want to have a mid 10sec truck that I can still drive any time/where.

I am open to any/all suggestions so please don't hesitate to add your input

I would get bigger waste gates for sure.
80lb injectors or bigger if you are using ethanol
I would also recommend looking at race parts solutions website. They literally have everything for diy turbo guys.

don't cheap out on waste gates or bovs... they are your only protection from damaging the engine or turbo from over pressurization....

don't forget a good controller

anytime you want to come over and check out my stuff, just shoot me a PM on rwhp... i have twin 70's on a stock short block 5.3 with TFS 215 heads. The ls9 cam is a good option, just remember you'll have to swap to the ls2 style timing chain, front cover, and cam position sensor. I think the TU1 cam is the better option of the ones you listed. I have the Futral FM7 cam in mine, did pretty good in Adams (boostedcatfish) SS.

I wasn't trying to cheap out on the gates and BOVs. What sizes should I go with?

I don't have parts yet so this list isn't set in stone.

Wasn't aware of all the "extras" that go along with the LS9 cam.
