video is really too crappy to tell how 'excessive' it may have really been..she was very drunk and could have lost her footing when he was pushing her up against the car..In any event she did not follow his orders.

She shouldn't have resisted arrest and he may use excessive force if needed female or not. People are crazy and you never know what can happen and can never be to careful

He was fired and charged for that? Wow. Who's the judge, congressman, or what ever in her family. She obviously has a problem with authority and I'd hate to be married to that bitch. She's the type that will push it to the breaking point and then cry over the outcome when it doesn't go her way and flip you off when it does.

I agree, she was not following his orders from the beginning. He proceeded to arrest her, as she then began resisting. Unfortunate for him that her drunk *** fell into her own car. Fired and charged with battery???

I think he got what he deserved. There was no need for that. he was just pissed that she didnt get back in her car and figured he would toss her around a little bit.

I watched it 5 times or so at the "tripping point" you can see shes about an arm length away and he pulls and jerks her into the car. And the audio doesn't help his case cause it sounds fucked up.

He did swing her by her arm. That is not the way you take down someone who isn't fighting back. He should pay for whatever damage is done to her car too.

**** that. That cop's a piece of ****.

The woman was doing a stupid thing by driving in that condition, but he straight up assaulted her for arguing with him. He even says it in the video.

Her: I'm a girl. You don't have to hit me like that.

Him: And, you don't have to sit there and argue with me.

Hitting a woman for arguing...Class ******* act, buddy.
