My mods;
muffler delete and fuse pull aka STOCK
Evo;
D2 suspension, fp green turbo,header down full 3'' exhaust,cams,intercooler upgrade kit, perrin induction pipe and filter (this is what he texted me)
he told me/claim 377hp

I actually thought I was going to lose cuz of maybe i think 500lbs difference and turbo. It was a 50 roll. I wanted to do a dig and a roll but twice he said "no you dont wanna do that."
but anyways vid is on youtube and in the description he put supercharged auto- idk why maybe accident...
first race i braked around 105. The second race I lifted, if you can see, a car was in my lane ahead so he though he won that.

No offense, but he probably was right about the dig, although it would have been fun.
My friend has an Evo X and I ran him when my car was stock... 40 roll, both of us in 2nd... Looked similar to the first run of this vid, but once I got into 3rd around 60ish, by 70ish, I was pulling. He was light bolt ons.
Good runs. You're basically stock... although lord knows if you get a settled tune... you'll beat everyone on the streets. Muffler Delete + Settled Tune L99 = Mach1 / 300whp civic

The surge housing has nothing to do with the fp wga, also it's not too popular on an fp green to need an anti surge cover...usually the bigger red/black need them but the green is so small it's not too common. They even mention going back to the stock wga in the post you linked, maybe it's just me but I couldn't tell how much louder my exhaust note got with a different wga.

Typically if they are using the FP wastegate, its louder than stock which makes the "car" sound louder. More on the wastegate.
