Default removing spray can paint

so im buying a stepvan that has pretty decent white paint, but it has a couple of patches that they spray painted over with white rattle can paint.
is there any way of removing the over sprayed spray canned paint without damaging the bottom original paint too much??

Use a clay bar. That's the safest way.
