Default Flynbye..no answer or emails after order?

Anyone had a any issues like this? I placed my order on the 21st through pay pal. I haven't received an email or anything confirming my purchase. I tried calling on Friday and today and it goes to an automated answering machine.

Not sure if I should be worried or not?

I wouldn't be worried. Just keep trying to call. His wife might answer. I live about 20 minutes away so I actually met him to pick up mine. He works at duke energy full time and does this on the side so he is always super busy. Super nice and also seems to be very honest.

Do you have a link the parts required for the CTS-V Brembo upgrade? Kore3 quoted me $65 plus $11 for shipping for the brake lines.

I ordered mine through him, got excellent response time, probably just fluke like was said above.

He seems like a good guy though.

I ordered the full kit. 5 braided lines (front and rear) and all hardware and it was $125 shipped.

Did the payment get accepted? Maybe you can do something to get it returned or cancel the order? At least if it was going to take a long time, it would be nice to hear some info from the seller.

I wouldn't be worried as its a holiday weekend. Folks go on vacation early and I wouldn't start sweating the response until mid-week next week.

If it's been more than 20 days, I'd file a dispute with Paypal because the clock is ticking. If he responds and gets you your product, then no issue, but if he doesn't you can escelate it further to getting a refund.

I went ahead and filed a dispute with paypal. He responded to that very quickly and refunded my money.

I hate to be like that, but if you can respond almost instantly to that, you could respond to a customer.

Anyway, I got my money back and I appreciate him doing that. No harm no foul, just wish the communication was a little better.

Well, in the end at least it was resolved. You gave him the opportunity to fill your order, and for one reason or another, he was unable to, and you got your money back.

I wanted to say also, kore3 responded instantly to all my emails and seemed to have everything in stock. I was told by flyinbye (after he refunded my money) that he did not have everything in stock.

Brian, aka cookba on here, just ordered what he needed from kore3 with no issues.

Hope this helps everyone!
