Holley LS Fest - holly ticket?

hey i purchased ticket for the holly fest and it said after i paid for it go to youre email and print the copy and bring it with u to the show showing that i paid and and they never sent me a email if anyone know how i can get ahold off the them that would be awesome i have the confirmation number for it but never got a email pls help if anyone knows thank you>..shows on my credit card statement that the money was pulled out..
