Default can anyone ID this wire?

There's a wire from the PCM called "spark retard signal". Anyone know where this goes, or what kind of signal it produces? (voltage, frequency, ?). This is not the same as the wires from the knock sensors. I'm hoping it gives a signal when the PCM is in knock retard mode, but I don't see why the PCM would have to send a signal outside about KR.
[Mine is a 2000 model.]

Not sure if this is right or not, but the only thing I can find to reference the 'spark retard signal' is the TCS Spark Retard Signal to Brake Control Module (GRY/BLK wire). I think it sends the signal to retard timing when traction control kicks in. So it would be a useless wire (performance wise).
