house for rent with shop woodlands area 1540 sq ft house with detached 2 car garage/2 car carport on 3/4 acre in chateau woods. house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. 1350.00 month. house will not be available until october.

the house is just a regular house, but the garage/carport is really cool. the garage and carport are on one slab, and there is a garage door leading into the carport. there is also a fairly big shed in the backyard. neighbors are not real close either. land is unrestricted.
