Default Oil clearance

Looking for advise on rod and main oil clearance on boost with stock crank! Had my block line honed with arp studs, got eagle rods. The block is a iron 6.0 and I have a melling hv pump 10296. Thanks

Iron I run .025 on mains and .002-.0025 on rods. My truck has that block and runs well on these numbers. I would not use the high volume pump though.

prior to Kurt, are you guys looking at iron or AL. motors for those clearances?

This question comes up every few months. From posts by the guys that do motors for a living, -what Kurt said-
