Default why so slow

i have a 2000 A4 ls1 i am running slow and don't know why.
I have mac mid lengths and sinlge chamber flowmaster, 3 inch piping, k&n setup, stock gears . I can not get below a 9.00 in 1/8. what is wrong with my ls1.

Well bud,share some more info,what's the entire time slip say?
also what kind of traction are you getting,none,or not spinning at all?
To figure out where your LS1 needs help more info is needed.
And welcome to the board!

For compairison (sp),i ran 8.5 @ 84 stock,with stock tires and a 1.99 60ft.

What's your MPH? 60'?
Which gears? 2.73 or 3.23

Need a bit more info here.

i beleive they are 3:23 and i can not find one of my time slips, i guess i will have to go race this thursday and get back on this. i am not spinning my tires, i get pretty good traction.

Yup need to know the weather/elevation/gearing/mileage/60'/trap speed.
