Looking for dependable roommate, Rowlett (near Dallas) Looking for a dependable roommate to rent a room at my house. It's just me and my two dogs. Nice 1600 sq foot house, rear entry drive way, good neighborhood.
The house is in Rowlett, it is between Garland and Rockwall off 30, and George Bush and Firewheel mall are right down the street.
Not currently using the garage because my truck is too long for the way I have the work bench set up, so if it stays that way you can park your car in there.
Have fast internet, cable with movie channels, netflix etc..
$300 for the room plus split utilities. I will cap it at $500 though for those months that the electric bill gets up to 300+ dollars.
I have a friend that currently lives with me but the rent payment isn't consistent so I need to find someone that is. Right now I am seeing if anyone is interested, if so, and it works out, I will make the room available.
Let me know if you have any questions (I know I left out plenty of details).
