Stretching radiator core support

Stretching radiator core support Anyone ever do this to fit a larger radiator in? I'm thinking about stretching the bottom section an inch or two to get the slightly larger radiator to fit better with the stock g-body radiator hold down and have it look alot better.

Ya, I did this to my GN. I bought a used for support, cut it in half and then cut the support out of my car. Welded it all back together. Worked out nice. PM or email me for more info . It wasn't a bad project at all. Dan
