Default How much stagger until ABS issues?

I am looking at putting some 17's on the front and 18" in the rear of my 2000 Camaro Z-28. What is the maximum amount of stagger I can have before I have ABS issues? Can I go 295/35/18 in rear and 275/40/17 in the front? Found a great deal on this setup used but I am concerned that I am going to have ABS issues. Hopefully this subject has not been beaten up. I am new to the site and searched for a while before posting to no avail. Thanks for the help.

Tire width doesn't really have much to do with ABS issues as long as you keep the overall wheel/tire combo the same or close to the same height.

People have done 275/315 just fine.

I think you can have up to 1inch difference in diameter before tripping the ABS, google some tire size calculators online and run your tire sizes there and see how much difference you have.

I realize the width does not present a problem. I was worried about the overall diameter of the tires. They are about 1.1 inch difference.

i ran into this problem just because of my tire selection. after a 1" difference the abs will come on but all you have to do is unplug the front sensors. your brake light on the dash will stay on but the abs system will not activate randomly or at all for that matter
oh i just remembered you might have to unplug the rear sensor also, its been a while so i kinda forgot

3-5% is the typical threshold

I just pulled the fuse and then took electrical tape to the bulb for the abs and brake light. Never had any issues after that. Personally, abs just isn't my thing.
