how far can you take trickflow cnc 225s

how far can you take trickflow cnc 225s i have a pair of cnc ported 225s. they also had a slight hand port after the cnc.. these heads are currently on my 383.. looking at building a 408 over the winter due to a oil pressure problem. how far could i take these heads? would they make a good head on a 408 if i went all out with them? looking for around 550 at the wheels with a custom eps cam and fast 92 etc... full bolt ons. low 10s on motor. what do you guys think?
