Yes this is an aftermarket aluminum intake manifold for LS1/LS6 engines with cathederal port cylinder heads. It is made by Professional Products. The only modification I am aware of needed is a fuel rail change due to the intake being slightly taller than stock. The threads I have read show a 17 horsepower increase over a GM LS6 intake. It costs from $490 - $570 new from a quick search. That includes the fuel rail kit....which I do not have. The Fuel Rail kit (#10611 or #10612 depending on what year you have) sells for about $130 new. They are larger than stock and also an upgrade.

Aluminum Intakes are also preferred for N2O & Forced Induction (Supercharged & Turbo) applications due to plastic intakes splitting due to pressure, nitrous backfires, etc.

As far as trading for a stock ls1 intake and cash: I sold a stock 2000 corvette manifold for $50 this week...so it's barely worth dealing with shipping for you.

Shipping from GA to San Diego looks like $29.37...just a quick quote guessing at deminsions...then there are Paypal fees of about 3%.

Jason, I am interested and looked some on the internet but couldnt find this info. Do you by chance know if this will work with truck accesories? I assume not but didnt know if it was taller than the ls1 or ls6 manifolds? I have a 5.3 with all the truck stuff and didnt want to change it. Thanks
Dave

Edit... Just found it and it indicates it will not work for my application.

Things were really busy at work today and I couldn't get on here to reply. I honestly didn't have an answer for you other than I didn't think it would work with the truck accesories. I am glad you were able to find out the correct answer. It is slightly taller than the LS1/LS6 manifolds...I'd say about 1/2".

Can anyone tell me why my picture attachments show up as links instead of the pics just showing up in this thread? I uploaded them the same way I always do. I just tried deleting them and uploading again, but it's the same way.

If anyone needs more pics, larger pics, whatever....just PM me and I will email them to you.

Thank you, Jason
