Default Is this tire bad

I just got these tires a week ago and my while they didnt rub i wasn't able to roll the fenders at the same time

Long story short we took a trip and hit a big bump now this is the result.

So do yall think the tire is done for or can i keep driving on it.

Ive driven on tires with fender cuts before, hard to tell how deep that one is though. There is a risk in driving a tire like that IMO.

If the cut wasn't deep enough to get into the belts, it's really just a cosmetic issue.

It is about as deep as the tread they're are brand new tires so they are still meaty im just afraid the cut might become worse as I, drive

If you couldnt get the fenders rolled, probably shouldnt have put the tires on, much less have taken a road trip. That sucks. I'm with the others, as long as it isnt deep, you should be ok but check periodically once they begin to wear

Just like everybody else has said, it shouldn't be too big of a deal. I wouldn't recommend racing on it but for a DD it should be fine just keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't get worse or leak.

End answer no one can tell truthfully and be without a doubt correct.

The question you gotta ask yourself is are you willing to bet your life on it.

Then make your decision damaged tires get people killed just sayin.
